SORSS Driver App - Order Success with Manual Label Scan

1. To successfully complete an order with the label being 'manually scanned', click the drop you're active on.
2. Accept the pop-up message if you're at the delivery destination to update the live tracking data on the system.
3. Check all details relating to the recipient, service agreement and products but tapping the headers at the top of the app.
4. Once you're at products, you can either manually enter a scan note or scan the delivery product labels.
5. If you have disabled label scanning on the system then you skip to step 8 without doing any scanning.
6. To Scan a barcode please see the instructions here to complete this.
7. To scan via manual note scans - press and hold on the product one by one (if more than one) to bring the note box up for text entering.  This is used mainly if labels are dirty or damaged and can't be scanned, you can do both scans and notes if you have two items but one can't be scanned due to damage.
8. Once the barcode has been scanned/manually scanned via a note click 'Finish' at the top right to debrief the order.
9. If the order has been successfully delivered you select yes otherwise select no, you can see instructions on failed orders via the app here.
10. Show any custom T&Cs to the customer if these are required, the customer can then sign the phone under where it says 'Recipient Signature' just click the box for the large signature screen to appear.
11. Fill in the information required such as their name, any notes regarding the delivery and any images and click 'Complete Delivery' to complete the drop - this is now complete once it posts and returns you to the main screen.

Order Delivery Status Codes & SymbolsThere are coloured status codes on the left of each drop to help you understand what is going and if it was successful, there are coloured icons at the right also to show the status of the drop - further information is below.

Order Delivery Status Codes
The left side of the drops is colour coded once debriefed to show the status of the debriefed data.

• Red - Data posting failed.
• Amber - Data is offline, please post the data using the order refresh button when the internet is available.
• Green - Data has been published and updated.

Order Symbols

• Blue Icon - You're active on this order.
• Green Tick - This order has been successfully delivered.
• Red Cros - This order has not been delivered successfully.
