SORSS Driver App - Order Success with Product Label Scan

✅ Completing an Order with Label Scanning in the Multidrop Drivers App

Follow these steps to successfully complete a delivery:

1. Open the Active Drop

Tap the drop you're working on to open it.
A pop-up will appear asking if you're at the delivery location — tap Yes to update live tracking.


2. Review the Order Details

Use the tabs at the top to check:

  • Recipient details
  • Service level (e.g. 2-Man, Room of Choice)
  • Product info (parts, weight, etc.)

3. Scan the Labels or Add a Manual Note

If scanning is enabled:

  • Tap Scan All at the bottom
  • Use your camera to scan each label
  • A beep or tone will confirm each successful scan

If scanning is not enabled, skip this and go to Step 5.

To add a manual scan note, follow the instructions provided here.


4. Finish the Order

Once all labels are scanned (or manual notes are added), tap Finish (top right).

You’ll be asked:

  • Was the order delivered successfully?
    • Select Yes or No
    • For failed deliveries, follow the guidance in the app for rejected or failed drops.

5. Signature & Confirmation

  • If required, show any custom Terms & Conditions
  • Ask the recipient to sign the screen (tap the box to enlarge)
  • Fill in:
    • Their name
    • Any delivery notes
    • Any photos of the delivery
  • Tap Complete Delivery

You’ll return to the main screen — the drop is now complete.


🔍 Order Status Codes & Icons

Left Side (Debrief Status Colour):

  • 🟥 Red – Data failed to upload
  • 🟧 Amber – Data stored offline (tap Refresh when online)
  • 🟩 Green – Data successfully uploaded

Right Side (Drop Icon):

  • 🔵 Blue icon – You are currently active on this drop
  • Green tick – Drop successfully completed
  • Red cross – Drop was not completed successfully
