Why am I sending multiple SMS messages to one recipient?
The simple reason is that you have multiple entries for the mobile number, we only require the mobile number in one contact field.  

The system looks for a valid contact mobile number in these fields and will send the SMS notification to the valid number, if there are three then it will send three notifications.

To resolve this, remove the duplicate number entries on the order, leaving a landline number in the 'home' box if available and the 'mobile' number in the mobile box.
