Multidrop (CP) - Invalid Address
I have received a message saying 'There is a problem with this address, please check it is correct?'
This does not necessarily mean the address is wrong or invalid, it could be one of two things.
- A new build house or estate which is not on google maps or able to be geolocated by the API.
- The postcode has extra spaces in causing the postcode formatting to register this as an invalid postcode.
To fix this simply remove any extra spaces from the address box and postcode box and save the order details again to update it.
If the house is a new build and you can't add a close-by location or the postcode formatting is still not working please email support to check it.
