Multidrop - Full Stock Control
π¦ How to Use Full Stock Control
The Full Stock Control feature automatically manages stock levels for your orders. When enabled, the system will automatically allocate stock from your warehouse and update quantities based on the products used in each order.
β What You Need to Do First
- Add Products to the Warehouse
- Go to the Warehouse section in the system
- Add every product that the customer uses
- Make sure the product code matches exactly with what appears on:
- Imported order files
- Manually created orders
- Set Product Details
- For each item, ensure you set:
- Number of parts (this is essential)
- Dimensions and weights (optional but useful)
- For each item, ensure you set:
π Using Full Stock Control on Orders
- When creating an order, set the Obtain Product(s) Method to:
Full Stock Control
- What happens next:
- The system removes the relevant stock from the warehouse
- It allocates that stock to the order
- Youβll see a green box icon on the order overview when successful
- If thereβs not enough stock, the system will alert you with a brown box icon
π Stock Returns
- If an order is returned or marked as failed:
- Stock can be automatically added back in
- Just make sure the restock option is ticked during the debrief process
