My Route will not calculate correctly, I have received a warning message that there may be an issue with reaching an order by vehicle?
My Route will not optimise correctly, I have received a warning message that there may be an issue with reaching an order by vehicle?

The reason for this is due to the geo-location/coordinates on an order on your route, the location pin associated with the address may not be accessible by vehicle, for example, new housing estates that aren't updated online yet or city centres where certain access is available.

To resolve this problem, simply email us the route name & date and we will resolve this in the back end for you.
