Do you sometimes work at a different desk or switch between offices? With our Call Follow Me feature, your calls can now follow you — no need to set up forwarding or let everyone know where you are.

🔄 How It Works

Instead of forwarding your calls manually, you can temporarily link your number to another phone in the system. That means:

• Your calls will ring on your new desk phone
• Voicemail, call recording, and forwarding will still work exactly the same
• You can switch back any time in seconds

📞 To Activate Call Follow Me

1. Go to the desk or phone you want to use
2. Pick up the handset and dial:
   *78xxx
   (Replace xxx with your own extension number)
3. Enter your PIN when prompted
   (Set your PIN in the web portal if you haven’t already)

That’s it! Your calls will now come through to this new phone.

🔁 To Return to Your Own Desk

• From any phone: dial *79xxx (your extension)
• From your own desk phone: just dial *79

Your calls will now ring back on your usual phone.

• To activate: *78xxx from your new location
• To deactivate: *79xxx from any phone or *79 from your own
