📞 VoIP Outage – What to Do if Phone Lines Go Down

If your VoIP phone lines are down for more than 5 minutes, please start recording the issue details before reporting it to us.

This helps us escalate the problem to our supplier quickly and ensures they have the information they need to investigate straight away.


📝 What to Log

For each affected call, please collect the following:

  • Call direction – Was it an inbound or outbound call?
  • Timestamp – When did the issue happen?
  • Extension – Which extension was involved?
  • Caller number – The number calling or being called
  • Description – Brief explanation of what went wrong
    (e.g. no audio, one-way audio, call dropped, poor quality, etc.)
