VoIP Phones - Problems

If the VoIP phone lines go down for longer than 5 minutes then please begin to create a call log with the below information before reporting it to us so that we can forward this over to our supplier straight away for investigation.

  • The direction of the call(s) (inbound or outbound call).
  • The timestamp of Call(s).
  • Extension involved.
  • Caller number.
  • Description of the call(s) (audio quality/what was wrong etc)

This would be most beneficial in speeding up any fixes and keeping downtime to a low as they will have plenty of examples to review from the log provided.
