🔐 Whitelisting Supplier IPs & Ports

If you need to allow or whitelist IP addresses used by our supplier, please make sure the following IP ranges and ports are correctly configured on all relevant firewalls, devices, routers, or applications.

Please ensure the following IP ranges are allowed:

🔌 Required Network Ports

The following ports must be open for both inbound and outbound UDP traffic:

• SIP Port: 5060 (UDP)
• Media Ports: 1024–65534 (UDP)
