Multidrop - Customer User Access

Level 1 (Full) - Feedback Data, Finance, Orders, Dashboard Suppliers, Users
Level 2 (Part)  - Feedback Data, Orders, Dashboard Suppliers,
Level 3 (Restricted) - Orders, Dashboard

User levels 1 & 2 can also see the warehouse section if this is enabled on the customer account, there are many little read-only sections and actions that can't be accessed on each level. 

We always suggest creating a test account for yourself, setting it at the level you want to know more about and seeing what you can and can't do to see if it meets your exact requirements, the majority of our customers use level 1 for the primary user accessing the customer portal and then level 2 for their other users and that is to hide the finance section mainly so they can't see invoices etc.

Staff who only needed to access and view orders, print labels etc would be given access level 3.
